The following steps outline our land buying process.

1. We connect our land investors and home builders with land owners.

2. Once our investor's offer is accepted, we will sign a land purchase agreement.

3. Our investor works with our home builders to determine which home builder can and is willing to build on given lot. If our own home builder is not able to work out, we will find outside home builders for the lot.

4. We will do our research and due diligence on the lot to make sure it is buildable and all local government compliance are properly followed. This might take 30 to 90 days.

5. Once a partner home builder is determined and due diligence is completed, we will schedule a closing at our national closing attorney office to close the transaction.

6. Close either in person or virtually. Offer amount is credit to seller by ACH, wire or check.
